How long does it take to set up an automation? Most of our automations are deployed within 7 to 15 days, depending on process complexity and the tools involved. We work in short iterations so you can see results within the first month.

Do I need to change my current tools? No! Automation adapts to your tools, not the other way around. We connect your systems (Excel, Sheets, Notion, email, Google Drive, Airtable, etc.) without disrupting your organisation.

Can I cancel at any time? Yes. Our subscriptions are non-binding and can be cancelled at any time with complete transparency.
Is my data secure? Yes. We strictly follow GDPR. Data is processed in Europe and only for the duration of the task. We do not store your data permanently. Specifically:
  • no long-term storage
  • no secondary use
  • automatic deletion after processing
When data must temporarily transit, it is encrypted, time-limited and access-restricted.
Which tools do you use? We are Make certified.
What happens if there is an error or bug? Operational maintenance is included in your plan. If you encounter an issue, simply contact us.
